Display the provided event flyers at your practice as soon as you receive them. This is required for all vendors.

Consider to offer your services or products at a complimentary or discounted rate during expo hours.

Set deep in the forests of Oswego County, approximately 30 minutes north of Syracuse. Follow signs to Kempwick Commons on arrival.

All vendors arrive by 1:00 PM for setup. There is ample free parking on site. A full vendor welcome email with setup details and day-of contact will be sent by September 1, 2026.
