OUR MISSION

Health & healing,

at the grassroots level

Sunday in the Commons is a community-centered wellness retreat bringing together trusted local practitioners, wellness vendors, and the greater Central New York community for a full day of education, healing, and genuine human connection.

This is not a trade show. It is a curated gathering — built around the belief that health and healing belong back at the grassroots level, in the hands of real people, in real community.

"Fostering networks of trusted practitioners, services, and people united in the betterment of those around them."
