— SEPTEMBER 27, 2026 · BERNHARDS BAY, NY
Become a
founding vendor
Sunday in the Commons is a curated gathering of hand-selected CNY wellness practitioners and brands — built for an audience that has already invested in their health before they walk through the door.

Vendor spots are limited. Category exclusivity is first-come, first-served. This is the first of several events — early vendors are founding members of something being built to last.

— WHY PARTICIPATE
Your audience,
already primed
Every attendee has purchased a ticket, driven to a wellness retreat, and chosen to spend their Sunday investing in their health. These are not passive scrollers — they are your people.
Direct and indirect guest exposure. Plus the extended reach of every attendee who takes the Practitioner Directory home.
Tier 1 vendors are the only representative of their category at the event. No competition on the floor. First-come, first-served — once your category is claimed, it's closed.
Vanderkamp's Kempwick Commons is 850 acres of Upstate wilderness. The setting itself draws an audience. Visibility at this venue means something.
Early vendors establish themselves as founding community members — your listing and relationship grows with every event.
"We are specifically looking for vendors who use their business to further build community, support local, and champion grassroots wellness."

— THE DIRECTORY
Your listing
lives beyond the day
The Grassroots Wellness Directory is distributed to every single attendee — and designed to keep working for you as an ongoing community resource.
Every ticket holder — Tier 1, 2, and 3 — receives the directory. That's health-conscious CNY community members with your name in their hands.
Tier 1 vendors are listed first in their category with a larger feature. Your position in the directory reflects your investment in the community.
This is not a program that gets recycled. The directory is built as a genuine community resource — the kind people keep, reference, and share with friends.
Early vendors are founding members and that recognition compounds over time.

— QUESTIONS
Everything
you need to know
A: Sunday in the Commons is for anyone in the CNY community curious about integrative wellness, looking to connect with trusted local practitioners, or simply ready to invest a Sunday in their own health and healing. All are welcome — no experience necessary.
A: Tables and chairs will be provided and labeled for each vendor — you do not need to bring your own. Beyond that, bring everything you need to represent your practice or brand: display materials, signage, product, business cards, intake forms, any tools or equipment specific to your service, and anything that makes your booth feel like you. If you're offering hands-on services, bring any supplies specific to that (massage table, oils, needles, etc.).
A: All vendors should arrive by 1:00 PM for setup. You'll have from 1:00–1:30 PM to get your booth ready. Tables and chairs will already be placed and labeled with your name so you can go straight to your spot. The expo opens to guests at 1:30 PM, so please be set up and ready by then.
A: Vanderkamp is at 1 Vanderkamp Center, Cleveland, NY 13042 — approximately 30 minutes north of Syracuse. There is ample free on-site parking. Full directions will be in your confirmation email.
A: The vendor expo runs from 1:30–4:30 PM. All vendors are expected to be actively present and engaged at their booth for the full expo window. The day closes with final remarks from Cayla and Jordan from 4:30–5:00 PM, after which you're welcome to pack down.
A: Vendor spots are by application and approval only. Visit our vendor page to learn more and apply
A: Tier 1 vendors have the first opportunity to apply for a wellness talk slot — but not all Tier 1 vendors are guaranteed one. Talk spots are limited and selected on a first-come, first-served basis among Tier 1 applicants. If you're interested in speaking, let us know as soon as possible and we'll confirm availability. Talks are 25 minutes and run during expo hours in The Lounge.
A: Event flyers will be sent to you digitally as soon as they're ready. You'll receive both a print-ready version and a digital version to share on social media. All vendors are required to display flyers at their practice prior to September 27th — this is part of your vendor agreement and helps us get the word out across CNY.
A: All vendor fees are final and non-refundable. Vendor spots are non-transferable — your spot is approved for your business specifically and cannot be passed to another individual or practice. In the unlikely event that Sunday in the Commons is cancelled by the organizers, a full refund will be issued. If you have extenuating circumstances, please reach out to cayla@caylanoelle.com and we will do our best to work with you on a case by case basis.
A: Email Cayla & Jordan. directly at retreats@elemoentsoh.com — we'll get back to you promptly. A full vendor welcome email with all setup details, day-of contact information, and final schedule will also be sent to all vendors by September 1, 2026.
