My journey began when I found myself experiencing gut and hormone issues that were not just affecting my health, but also taking over my life. Faced with persistent challenges like chronic bloating, digestive issues, brain fog, low energy, hormonal acne, an irregular cycle, eczema, inflammation, and autoimmunity; all I received was a prescription, a mere bandaid for a much deeper problem.
It was during my junior year of college that I decided to take control of my health. I opted to focus on a natural healing journey, prioritizing the root cause of my issues over temporary fixes. Saying goodbye to the birth control pill, I turned my body into a personal science experiment, determining what worked and what didn't. Transforming my diet played a pivotal role in healing my body, solidifying my belief that food is medicine. This transformation fuels my passion to help others navigate similar challenges, combining personal experience with formal education.
My mission is to empower you, drawing from both my personal journey and professional knowledge. My 7+ year health journey has lead to much more harmony in my body & life. Now, with more energy, clearer skin, a regular cycle, and freedom from digestive issues, I am dedicated to sharing my insights and working with others like you!
