What is the Hormone Harmony digital course?

An 8 module self-paced course that provides you with the roadmap to syncing all aspects of your life with your cycle.

All women who experience a menstural cycle.

How long is the Hormone Harmony course?

It is set up to be completed in 8 weeks with 8 modules, but is self-paced so can be completed in as long or as short as needed.

What topics are covered in the course?

Foundational knowledge of what cycle syncing is and how to get started, in depth education on all 4 phases of the menstural cycle related to anatomy, horomone changes, nutrition, exercise, skincare, productivity, and sleep, endocrine disruptors, and contraceptive methods.

Is the course suitable for beginners?

Yes, this course is great for beginners, or those well into their hormone health and wellness journey.

How do I access the course materials?

Once the course is purchased (click here to purchase), a welcome email will provide you with your login information.

Are there any additional resources provided with the course?

Yes, there is a workbook with note space, reflection questions, and additional diagrams and visuals to help better understand course information.

Yes, there is a private group participaants will be able to connect with others in the course upon purchase.

Is the course content updated regularly?

Course content will be periodically updated as new research and resources emerge and users will be notified when this occurs.

What is the structure of the 12-week coaching program?

It is a 12-week program, with 6 total sessions scheduled bi-weekly.

All women in their cyclical years looking to optimize their hormones, gut, and overall health and wellness.

What makes the 1:1 coaching program unique?

How do I get started with the 1:1 coaching program?

Sign up for coaching here, once purchased a welcome email with information to schedule your first session will be provided.

What areas of health and wellness does the coaching program cover?

It will be individualized based on clients needs, but a major focus will be on cycle syncing, using food as medicine, hormone balance, gut balance, lifestyle changes, and everything in between.

How often will we meet during the 12-week program?

Once biweekly. The first session will be 45 minutes long and the remaining 5 will be 30 minutes long.

Is the coaching program suitable for beginners or those with specific health concerns?

This coaching program is for all women with any level of experience, no matter where they are on their health and wellness journey.

What kind of support is available between coaching sessions?

During the 12 week program you will have access to messaging with me during busniess hours.
