INGREDIENTS
6oz coconut milk or nut milk (try to opt for ones with minimal ingredients & no gums like elmhurst)
2 sccops Daily Nutritional Support Powder
1 sccop Collagen
1tbs maca powder (Great for female hormones & energy/mood)
1/4c frozen avocado chunks
1/4c frozen dark cherries
1/4c frozen cherries
1 tbsp whole flaxseeds
1-2 ice cubes
2 tbsp gluten free granola (I love to either make my own or use Purely Elizabeth)
1 tbsp unsweetened coconut flakes
1 tbsp raw pumpkin seeds

INSTRUCTIONS
Add all base ingredients to your blender in the order listed above for best blending to occur
Blend until completely blended through (don't overblend it)
Add to your favorite bowl & add all toppings!
