The Impact of Toxic Burden

When your body is exposed to toxins from impure air, water, and food, it must work harder to detoxify. Over time, this added burden can overwhelm your natural detoxification pathways, leading to symptoms such as brain fog, digestive issues, fatigue, and hormone imbalances.

Drinking clean, filtered water (distilled is even better -> the purest form of water there is) ensures that you’re hydrating your body without introducing harmful substances. It’s also important to consider the water you cook with, clean your produce with, bathe in, and use for cleaning, as these exposures add up!

3. Clean Food

Food is your body’s primary source of energy and nutrients, but not all food is created equal.

Conventional farming methods often involve the use of pesticides, herbicides, and chemical fertilizers, which can linger on produce and accumulate in the body over time.

Additionally, processed foods are often laden with artificial ingredients, refined sugars, and unhealthy fats that contribute to inflammation and imbalances.

Choosing organic, whole foods and focusing on a diet rich in vegetables, fruits, lean proteins, and healthy fats is key to nourishing your body while minimizing exposure to harmful substances.
