Mint Matcha Latte

INGREDIENTS

Here's what you'll need:
  • 3 oz warm (not hot it will burn the matcha) distilled water

  • 1 scoop matcha (code CAYLA15)

  • 1/2 tsp mint extract

  • Sprinkle of cinnamon (for extra blood sugar support)

  • Handful distilled water ice cubes

  • Handheld frother

INSTRUCTIONS

Here's how to make it:
  • In a small bowl whisk together warm water & matcha

  • In a small saucepan add milk, cinnamon, vanilla, honey, & peppermint; Bring to a simmer on low-med heat; whisk/froth on stovetop until it gets foamy/little bubbles form.

  • Add to mug and whisk/froth until combined.
