Never Fails Me Air Fryer Salmon Recipe

INGREDIENTS

Here's what you'll need:
  • 3-4 oz wild caught salmon

  • 1 tbsp coconut aminos

  • 1 tsp dried dill

  • 1 tsp raw local honey

  • 1 medium sweet potato

  • 1/2c broccoli

  • 1 handful of spinach (or greens of choice)

  • Salt & Pepper

  • Olive oil to drizzle on top (first pressed, cold pressed, organic)

INSTRUCTIONS

Here's how to make it:
  • Pre heat the oven to 400 degrees F

  • Pierce small fork marks in sweet potato skin & bake for 25-30 mins (or until softened)

  • Cover salmon in coconut aminos, salt, pepper, dill & let sit for 2-3mins

  • Air fry salmon at 350 for 6-7 mins then drizzle honey on top, cook again 3-4 mins

  • Saute broccoli & spinach in a pan (use a little water at the bottom of the pan or you can add coconut oil)

  • Once the sweet potato is cooked, peel the skin off

  • Add sweet potato, veggies, & salmon to a dish & drizzle with olive oil to top as a healthy fat!
