INGREDIENTS
1/2 c Coconut Flour (Bob’s Red Mill)
2 tsp Cinnamon
2 tbsp Coconut Oil (melted)
1/2 c Pureed Pumpkin
1/4 c Tahini
3 tbsps Maple Syrup
3 tbsp Sesame Seeds
3 tbsp Sunflower Seeds
1/4 c Coconut Flakes
pinch salt
INSTRUCTIONS
Combine the coconut flour, cinnamon, coconut oil & pureed pumpkin
Add tahini, maple syrup & cinnamon; continue to mix until well combined; the mixture should be very doughy
Add sesame seeds, sunflower seeds, coconut flakes, & salt; fold in until combined
Roll dough into small balls
Cover & store in the fridge up to 5 days, or the freezer for a month
