INGREDIENTS
2 tbsp avocado oil
Ancestral blend ground beef (I like force of nature)
1 box organic black beans
1 c organic frozen corn
Hanful of organic arugula
2 tbsp taco seasoning
1 avocado sliced
Salsa (I use Fody)

INSTRUCTIONS
Add avocado oil to a pan & heat to low-medium heat
Add ground beef, corn, & black beans to heated pan, cover with lid & cook until meat is cooked through; breaking apart and mixing every few minutes
Add arugula to the meat mixture while still in the pan so it can wilt down
Spinkle taco seasoning to meat mixutre & sitr until combined
Set up your taco bowl how you'd like to adding the meat mixture, salsa, avocado & taco shells (I personally like to put the taco shells on the side & use it to scoop everything)
